Hi Greg: Having an issue with how my client site sidebar looks on my laptop. Yet desktop it looks fine. What causes this?

The client site looks beautiful, nice job with the design and content!!
Ah – so I see what you’re saying now – the sidebar titles and facebook box break outside the sidebar
TO FIX IT
Go to appearance > widgets > layout builder > open builder and make every button width 100 % instead of 285 px
This will make sure the buttons are mobile responsive and stay inside their sidebar container
I did it for the first button
For the Facebook plugin you’ll need to regenerate it and set a width 100%, that should work.
Let me know how it goes of course! 🙂
Thank you so much Greg for checking this and helping me to know what to do to fix it! Going to give it a shot now based on your suggestions.
I’ll let you know how it works out.
Thank you also for saying site looks good…I think I have been over criticizing it since I am no pro at this! Without your video tutorials, this forum, the WordPress experience club, and your helpful support I would not have got it this far!
Thanks so much!
Do I fix facebook in sidebar with CSS, adding code to where it is or remove and re install?
Facebook: now fixed… thanks!
Sidebar titles: The one you fixed is great now. The one I did isn’t!
Could it be you have a “WordPress Magic touch” that I don’t? lol!
I changed settings for buttons from 285 – 100 px,
What happened when I did that is…my sidebar titles with background… shrunk to be short squares.
Hi Greg: I fixed the sidebar issue with your help by deleting my buttons and duplicating yours. Not sure what I did wrong because what you suggested was easy to do. It just didn’t produce same effect as yours did which is still a mystery!
I would like know why that happened but glad it is fixed now! Thank you so so much!1 year, 3 months ago gnarayanKeymaster
It was 100 % not px !!! Percent not pixels
You needed to change the button width from 285px to 100%
Though I do like to think I can work magic 🙂1 year, 3 months ago gnarayanKeymaster
But good work figuring it out another way, great troubleshooting Cori!
No worries on being over critical, I think it may have helped this time produce a really nice result. But on the blog, being not so critical is what works best I think.1 year, 3 months ago CoriModerator
Well then lol at least I know what I did wrong! I’m laughing right now because your suggestions sounded simple enough. When I did it the way I thought you meant… I was stumped … then my troubleshooting kicked in. Still, couldn’t figure it out so I improvised.
I agree that for BWWP just going to keep it simple and get it launched with a few great posts, Welcome, about etc.
